Yes. Each product description states the exact material — such as genuine lambskin, sheepskin, cowhide, or full-grain leather. Some pieces use suede, velvet, or faux-fur trims, and we always label these clearly.
How does free size customization work?
On made-to-order jackets, you can send us your measurements after ordering and we'll tailor the piece to fit you — at no extra cost. See Made For You.
How long until my order arrives?
Ready-made items ship in 2–4 business days; custom items take 7–14 business days to craft. International transit is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Details on our Shipping page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, including the US, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
What is your return policy?
Ready-made items can be returned within 15 days in original condition. Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. See Returns & Refunds.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust ready-made orders before dispatch; custom orders can only be changed before crafting begins.
