Our window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with any tags attached.
Custom & made-to-order items
Because customized and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty or significantly different from the description.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item was faulty. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
