Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or monogrammed items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@luxeleatherhaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (NZ orders) and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
Every piece is handcrafted from genuine leather and quality-checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we'll repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
